- 2 fillets of salmon
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the basil mixture on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
