Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the basil mixture on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
