Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and some blueberries on each square.
- Fold the pastry and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter filling, add more powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
- Try using frozen blueberries in a pinch.
