- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can top the bread with a lemon glaze.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
