Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the lemon cream mixture over the crust in the cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
