Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For an extra lemony flavor, add more lemon zest.
- Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving for a beautiful finish.
