Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with ranch dressing mix.
- Slice the cooked chicken and layer it over the cottage cheese.
- Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, and mixed greens on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
