- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup lemon cream sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the lemon cream sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and dollops of ricotta cheese across the top.
- Top with lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- For an extra zing, add capers or arugula as a topping.
- Use homemade or store-bought lemon cream sauce based on your preference.
