- 4 beef chops

Instructions
- Marinate the beef chops with lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the beef chops until golden brown.
- Remove the chops and set aside. In the same skillet, add flour and stir to create a roux.
- Gradually add beef broth while stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Return the beef chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with gravy poured over the top.
