Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread lemon curd, and sprinkle lemon zest.
  6. Roll tightly, slice into rounds, and place in a baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350ยฐF for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool, then serve warm.
