Instructions

- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers into lemon juice and arrange in a dish.
- Spread half of the lemon mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
