- 2 fillets salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season the salmon with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the salmon, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In the last 10 minutes of potato cooking, add broccoli to the baking sheet and return to the oven.
- Serve the salmon with crispy potatoes and broccoli on the side.

- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
- Make sure not to overcook the salmon for best results.
