- 1 pound steak, cubed
- 2 large potatoes, baked and diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak, diced potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the steak is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, topped with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or additional herbs.
- For a spicier version, add some cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
