- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and sour cream; mix well.
- In cupcake liners, spoon brownie batter halfway and top with cream cheese mixture. Add more brownie batter on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
- Do not overbake to keep the brownies fudgy.
