  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and sour cream; mix well.
  5. In cupcake liners, spoon brownie batter halfway and top with cream cheese mixture. Add more brownie batter on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
  • Do not overbake to keep the brownies fudgy.
