  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Spoon brownie batter into cupcake liners.
  6. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Drop a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top of each brownie cup.
