  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add sliced steak, salt, and pepper; cook until steak is done.
  4. Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise, and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the steak mixture evenly over the garlic bread.
  6. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
