- 1 loaf garlic bread
- 1 pound sliced steak
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until softened.
- Add sliced steak, salt, and pepper; cook until steak is done.
- Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the steak mixture evenly over the garlic bread.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.
