- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 turkey bacon slices, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the macaroni, turkey bacon, chili, salsa, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for the bacon for a healthier version.
