- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cowboy butter
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup spicy ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cowboy butter and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the diced jalapeño, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Drizzle spicy ranch dressing over each torilla.
- Fold the tortillas to create a crunchwrap shape.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each crunchwrap until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with additional ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
