Lobster Stuffed Shells: Indulgent Comfort Food for Seafood Lovers

Ingredients

  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some crab meat with the lobster.
