- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some crab meat with the lobster.
