- 2 cups white rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups brown gravy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and form ground beef into patties, cooking until browned on both sides.
- Fry the eggs sunny-side up in the same skillet.
- Plate the rice, top with a hamburger patty, a fried egg, and smother with brown gravy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the gravy.
