- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix and sour cream to the beef, mixing well.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
