  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the ranch seasoning mix and sour cream to the beef, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the cauliflower rice and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
