- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup minced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package lumpia wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, carrots, onions, garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Take a lumpia wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling at one corner. Roll it tightly, folding in the sides to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add finely chopped green beans to the filling.
- Experiment with different dipping sauces like sweet chili or vinegar.
