Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir in the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
  • To make it lighter, use ground turkey instead of beef.
