- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with chopped turkey bacon.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
- To make it lighter, use ground turkey instead of beef.
