- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each slice of beef and roll it up tightly, securing it with a toothpick.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sear the beef rolls on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and pour the beef broth over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
Notes
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine to the broth before baking.
