Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups mango pulp (fresh or canned)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ cup whole milk
– ½ cup organic cane sugar
– 1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Blend sugar, milk, and salt until dissolved.
2. Mix in mango pulp and heavy cream until smooth.
3. (Optional) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for better texture.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker for about 25 minutes.
5. Freeze for 5-6 hours until firm.
6. Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

– Use fresh, ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
– Reduce mango puree on the stove to intensify the flavor.
