  • 12 manicotti shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, egg, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Mix until well blended.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed manicotti on top.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
