Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, and maple syrup to the beef, mixing well.
- Layer a tortilla with beef, cheese, and bacon, then top with another tortilla.
- Cook on each side until golden and crispy, then cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add pickles or onions inside the quesadilla.
- Serve with additional maple syrup for dipping.
