  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the turkey tenderloin in a baking dish and drizzle the maple Dijon mixture over it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
