- 1 pound turkey tenderloin
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the turkey tenderloin in a baking dish and drizzle the maple Dijon mixture over it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- The glaze can be adjusted to taste by adding more or less maple syrup or mustard.
- Serve with your choice of sides for a complete meal.
