Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Wrap each chicken thigh with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
