Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
- Allow to boil for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff and vanilla until smooth.
- Add nuts if using and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x9 inch pan and let cool.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
