Ingredients

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
