Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, limoncello, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Layer a crêpe on a serving plate, spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture, and top with another crêpe. Repeat until all crêpes and filling are used.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to set.
- Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
