- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
- Add the sour cream, cheese, turkey bacon, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
