  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
