- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
