Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cooked meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Form patties from the mixture and coat lightly in flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
