  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the meatballs and pour marinara sauce over them.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve on slider buns with additional Parmesan cheese.

Notes
