- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- In a baking dish, layer the meatballs and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve on slider buns with additional Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh basil to the marinara sauce.
- These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
