- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups cooked shells pasta
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and onion. Mix well.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooked shells with shredded cheddar cheese and beef broth.
- Pour the cheese and shell mixture over the meatloaf in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy topping, add more shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
