- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined and spoon into a muffin tin.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top, then place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
