Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine olive oil, garlic, and all the vegetables. Stir well.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the vegetable mixture and season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Serve with rice or crusty bread for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add more veggies like spinach or olives.
