- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, for serving
- 1 tomato, sliced, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, red onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined and form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve on burger buns with lettuce and tomato.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as tzatziki sauce or sliced cucumbers.
- Make sure not to overmix the chicken mixture to keep the burgers tender.
