- 2 cans salmon, drained
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
Notes
- For more flavor, try adding feta cheese to the mixture.
- These patties can be served with tzatziki sauce.
