- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with the beaten egg.
- Transfer the crisps to a baking sheet and brush the tops with more beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the filling.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
