Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add the olive oil and beaten egg, then mix until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
