- 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken piece into the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

- For extra flavor, add herbs to the flour mixture.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
