  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Soak chicken breasts in the buttermilk mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
