- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Soak chicken breasts in the buttermilk mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken overnight.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
