Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, and milk.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush the meatloaf with more parmesan cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
