- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, and milk.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the meatloaf with more parmesan cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
