Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then beat in the flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
- Fold in the toffee bits and chopped pecans.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
