Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, blackberries, and diced jalapeños.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and lime juice for an hour before stuffing.
- You can substitute any melty cheese of your choice if you prefer.
