- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Milky Way bars, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Melt butter and add to the dry ingredients along with eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in chopped Milky Way bars.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and salt until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl to combine.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra decadence, drizzle more caramel sauce on top before serving.
- These brownies are best served warm with ice cream.
