- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Stir until well mixed and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with crushed crackers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include mushrooms or broccoli in the mixture.
