- 2 pounds beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the beef tenderloin with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the beef in a roasting pan and sear in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with beef broth drizzled over the top.
